We want you to have the best possible time while visiting us at Dingle Way Glamping so we’ve laid out some House Rules to help keep everything in order!

Please inform Dingle Way Glamping in advance of your expected arrival time. You can let us know when you receive your email with directions to the property or up to the morning of arrival.

Parties and events:
We only accept bookings from families or couples. We do not cater for large groups of party-goers, hens, or stags. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that do not comply with this policy including turning away at arrival.
Booking Restriction:
Bookings of more than 2 units by one party are not permitted. We reserve the right to cancel any such bookings or refuse admission on arrival.
Behavioural Clause:
This is a quiet family site. No amplified music or loud noise is permitted. We reserve the right to refuse access or terminate the booking of any guests whose party make-up or behaviour interferes with the comfort of others.
Noise Policy:
Strictly no noise/parties after 11 pm.
Pet policy:
Strictly no pets are allowed on or near the property in any circumstances. Please note that your pet is not permitted to stay anywhere on our property including in your parked car.
Cancellations:
Cancellations are fully refundable up to 30 days before your stay. After this period, cancellations are non-refundable. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel your booking.
Refundable damage deposit/Security Deposit:
Dingle Way Glamping reserve the right to retainyour credit card and/or debit card details as presented at booking and charge the credit /debit card such amounts to cover any costs or expenses incurred by Dingle Way Glamping as a result of damages.
Children and beds:
Child policies – Children between the ages of 2 and 12 years are welcome to stay in the shepherd’s huts as an additional third guest. Unfortunately the additional beds are not suitable for adults or children over the age of 12. Unfortunately our property is not suitable for children under 2 years old.
Cot and extra bed policies:
There is no capacity for cots or extra beds at this property.
The shepherd’s huts take a maximum of 2 adults and one child under the age of 12. The pod takes a maximum of 2 adults.
Age restriction:
You must be over 18 to check in.
Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed.
Please be aware:
Pet(s) live on our property.
Must climb stairs.
Some spaces are shared — Communal barbeque and picnic area
Safety & Property:
Carbon monoxide and smoke alarms are fitted.
